in another life :
Olivier Rigot holds a two-year technical diploma in Viticulture from Avize and a degree in Oenology from Reims (1990). Coming from a long line of Champagne winegrowers, he has devoted the past 30 years to the vine and wine industry, with particular expertise in sparkling wines.
He worked as a consulting oenologist at IOC, then as Director of SODIVICO, where he developed expertise in brand development and commercial strategy. He has also worked as a technical trainer and consultant in the creation of high-value products and network management, before serving until 2021 as Head of Supply for the Aube sector within the Houses of Perrier-Jouët and Mumm.
Highly attentive to new technologies and biodiversity, he now brings his dual expertise in technical matters and value development to AOC Conseils, where he is responsible for the Champagne region. Like every member of this national consulting network dedicated to the wine industry, he may also be called upon to work throughout France.
