After completing a BTS in viticulture and oenology through a work-study program at Ch\u00e2teau Grand Corbin in Saint-\u00c9milion, Olivier Antoine graduated from INSEEC Bordeaux.<\/p>\n He gained extensive experience in Australia: alongside earning an MBA in Business Management from the University of Melbourne, he managed a team of 10 salespeople before becoming the head of Chapoutier Australia for four years.<\/p>\n Upon returning to France, Olivier Antoine decided to found AOC Conseils to put his expertise at the service of the wine industry.<\/p>\n In 2010, he co-authored four books published by F\u00e9ret and leads the \u201cPr\u00e9cis de la vigne et du vin\u201d collection, which now includes 20 volumes.
